If so, close that and run the same test to see if one of the burners or a stove part is the leak.

This is worrisome. I'll tell you what, I'll trade you my CNG system and stove.
I like my CNG... of course useless for anywhere but the states...
I've spent a small fortune on CNG tank exchange.
