It's great those young men and women are serving, and I appreciate it. But don't lose your sense of humor or put them on a pedestal. They're people too.

As for some of the other comments -- it's really competitive to get into the CG from what I hear. We don't need another draft right now IMHO, and I hope this country never gets into a desperate enough situation (or unpopular enough war) to warrant it again.
