this dog will see is fresh, in a stream, puddle, or household water. She was abandoned and was hanging around my neighbor's house, crawling with fleas, back raw, way overgrown toenails, cruddy ears. I got her cleaned up and checked out and vaccinated and found a home for her with my 87 yr old mom and it is working out very well for both parties. Goldie is only 10# and is estimated to be maybe 3-4 yrs old. She is small enough that there is no risk of her pulling my mom over while on leash, hangs around rather than running off to explore the whole neighborhood, and is pretty quiet although will bark when someone knocks at the door.
