The 17mm is nice, but the extra angle of the 10mm changes the feel. My boats beam is just 11'(narrow by todays standards) and the side decks are enormous, which lowers much of the interior. The distortion here isn't much, not that of a fish eye lens, but there's something.

If I was shopping for a boat broker, I'd ask him how they shoot the boats for sale. Too often the ad photos they shoot make a small space look smaller. Same thing with cockpits and the rest of the boat.
