I got the drill, two batteries and the charger. I'll try to get the one replace tomorrow at the Rigid repair shop. We'll see. Else I may pull it apart and look for some replacements to put in the battery pack. To me it's like a "Bait and Switch". If the only place it tells you the warrenty is good is in the fine print or on the damn regestration card then they want to suck you in, not fill out the card and sell you batteries down the road. Not me.
