Well here is an interesting catch-22...
Bingo....
The fuel pump on the starboard side has a "clicker" to manually pump for bleeding.
Yeah, I figured I'd have to click away at that... but prior to that...
Uh ha! Just figured out why I can't find the electric fuel pump...
Oh.....
Sorry... the pump is in the PSC diagram...

as I use about a 1/2 GPH at WOT, is it really an issue?
It will be if your filter cartridge has 'closed down' because of debris capture
to crank the engine, do this
