waiting for weather. We plan on heading down the South side starting in the morning. The weather has been a bit rough but looks like it might be easing up by this week end. It been in the 18/20 knot range and will be in the morning as well but we want to get into position to cross the Mona Passage on Monday or Tuesday. We'll head for Puerta Platta in the DR. From there we'll cross to the Turks and pick up the wives for the trip through the Bahamas. I'm on my long time friends boat, "Sophia", a Manta 40 foot cat. Where will you be picking up the boat? What's your plan?
