Iain removed some of the fractured rubber, then drove sheet metal screws into rubber parallel to shaft, then potted the heads and resultant cavity with JB Weld. We're going easy on it and its working well.
We had two days at Warderick Wells snorkeling and hiking. Bubba the Baracuda took up station for a day at our mooring ball. Also saw blue tangs, yellow tailed snappers, nurse and lemon sharks. We couldn't identify a school of 2' long fish with bright yellow tail (both upper and lower) and black stripe on side from tail forward. There were a dozen in our boat's shadow most of yesterday.
We're broad reaching on the gentle returned easterly to Highbourne Cay for tonight. I'm so spoiled!
