I was in Annapolis getting TD ready to cruise in a couple of months. I had the bimini restitched and was in the process of putting it on. I had to really pull hard and then I yanked it back a little harder. I heard and felt a crack in my lower back and fell to the cockpit sole. I'm now in bed and wearing a brace for at least 2 months.

That biological clock was easy to hear.
