Do you have a fuel gauge portion the tank? One can pull that and take a look. It isn't a 4" port, but it's something. The fuel supply and return are also options.

The other option is to disconnect the fuel line and pump out some fuel. It's not despoitive, but if you get water or gunk, then tou know that needs to be addressed.
