the 'Rich Retired Boomer' demographic is fast going away. The days of big cash jackpots from inflated home price sales, 2nd mortgages, etc are pretty well gone already. In another 10 years most of us will be wanting to sell what we've got to _______________. (Nope, I can't think of anybody with the bucks either).
