I just took a snapshot of a Tartan 40 for sale on Yachtworld, here's a couple from the site, both with the same Galley layout, you could skim through the photos to get to Galley shots.

Have not yet taken the time to figure out how to post large format photos, sorry. Here's a pic of a Morris 46 that I liked, and thinking along those lines, but with one sink in the place of what they have for two. I'm probably going Corian or knock-off, in a sort of bone color.
