Replacing Galley Countertops, looking for suggestions, 1 sink or 2 ...
you can always make 1 sink into 2
Good question
Good point Max, thanks … Conserving water by way of forced savings ...
Double sink and doing dishes without a watermaker.
Definetly two side by side with inserts to make them counter space.
Max,,,, Try a plasric container.
I like one big sink at home or on our boat.
I think I agree, thanks Tom ...
Here's one, this, may be too small.
That could be a boat pic..
NICE Tom ! I'm also replacing my Head sink & countertop ...
Found a picture ...
Perfect! I blew it up(do you have a higher res. photo?) . That's about the worst galley sink design, I've ever seen.
Thanks Tom ...
Nice. Here's that T-40 galley in the listing.
Might want to make sure the outboard one drains on starboard tack!
Yes, good point ...
Reading these, I'd still get rid of one of the sinks.
Going with just one sink will also add space to the shelves below
YUP … exactly, I'm thinking knife & utensil drawer in the space ...
Good point about the workbench … I use that ...
I think a double sink is handy for a few reasons

copper sinks
That hammered copper is nice ...
Why not make a cover for the unused sink...
Yup, will do that, out of same countertop material ...
