We also have an AirPort Extreme onboard so that the boat is a 'hotspot' when in the slip. It's handy for all kinds of stuff. Like we do for the Airport Express you'll need to run it from an inverter when out of the slip. You don't need web access for Airplay but you would for Netflix or whatever.
