Oops, that's how my reefing lines

work, not my outhaul. It just comes out of the mast at the base of the boom, down to a block on deck, through a couple of turning blocks to a cam cleat on the side of the pilot house. If you use a cam cleat at the edge of the cabin or any sharp edge where you will be pulling hard against the gelcoat, use one of those SS chafe guards to keep the gelcoat from going away.
