Thanks for the update, although I am not fond of the various and assorted tree hugger groups in SoCal, this seems like it was a wise move. I would imagine that vaporizing several million people and making some prime real estate unusable would really cause issues for SDG&E? It was always an ominous looking place with way too much public access IMHO.

Not intending to insult anyone here, my experience while a resident of those parts was that most every environmental flag waver I met was doing it because it was hip, not because they believed in the cause.
