The paper check, is almost history.

The banks hardly use them anymore in their process. I'm told we can now take a photo of a check with our phone, send it to the bank, and it's immediately deposited(haven't tried that yet). Funds used to move slowly, not anymore, financial world saves zillions this new way. The youngest in finance use debit cards more than any of us would believe. The trend is set.
That lag time, "checks in the mail", can be a great tool. 
I wonder how long it will last. You can buy this P 26 over the phone.
