With air in the lines the injector pump will still be filled with fuel. Given what you did, I would give it a shot at starting. In the worst case you will still have some air in the system and might need to bleed the fuel system. Of course, a mechanic taught me a trick to avoid bleeding the fuel system after getting air in the injector pump. It is very simple. All you do is set the throttle wide open and crank the engine over. It should start in 10-15 seconds as the various pumps purge the air from the system. Setting the throttle wide open lets the maximum amount of fuel go through the system
