Several boats lost to lithium ion... 
In Response To: What did the Boeing Dreamliners use?

() ...First one I heard of was Keturah, Llwyd Ecclestone's 93' German Freres in Antigua in 2008, then there was a New England Boatworks one off that I can no longer remember the name of that was lost due to a lithium Io battery fire when the boat was less than a year old. That happened somewhere in the Caribbean too. I will work on a list but I have heard of a few more...Enough that they are not going on my boat....
