I find that's pretty typical in the spring, but this is late, 7 months since full charge. And it was a brutally cold winter(which doesn't matter a wit to fully charged batteries).
And the various readings are also typical. Newest starting battery, 2 years old @ 12.7, house 1, 3-4 years old @ 12.5, house 2, 4 to 5 years old 12.4. My voltmeter may not be completely accurate, but close enough. It's the differential I pay attention to.
I'll be replacing house #2 next spring, I'll bet. That's the one to watch this season. A none battery purchase spring, that's a good start.
