Yeah, same old questions...

I just calculated that I have a 200quart icebox and that the only way to keep it cool is to use something like a Danfoss BD50F compressor. The specs show a 5.5 to 6 amp draw. If you have such a setup... what do you typically find for the current draw?

BTW my original installation is Adler Barbour using R-12... which apparently no longer works. (runs, but no cool)

I am trying to get an idea of how this supposedly works with my group27 batteries. Seems ice would last longer than a group 27 battery... based on amp hours at a 5-6 amp draw.
