We have been away from the dock once to step the mast and once where we got blown off the bay. Not a good return on the investment for sure.

The summer that never was is causing a boom in boat sales here. The local brokerage has them everywhere, I have never seen so many boats for sale. It's supposed to be a perfect weekend, we will be out of town for most of it.
