… 450A for House and 150A for my Start, however, when aboard, I combine the two, so we have the full 600A, and I watch my batteries like a hawk with the LINK 20. We are rarely out more than 100Ah, and generally more like +/-50A. My batteries are LifeLine 150A each, so 4 total. We have a Xantrex TrueCharge 40A Battery Charger, it's maybe 10 years old now, I have no complaints. If I'm sitting at a dock and plugged in, and recharging my batteries after a good draw down, I do like that I can run a bunch of other stuff while the batteries are getting charged. At one point, I thought about a 100A Charger/Inverter, but the darn things are huge … and heavy. The only reason I thought about it was I could charge the batteries faster if I was running the Honda (egads, did I just say that ? A Honda generator … oh no, what was I thinking). What I have works well for us. I'm sticking with the 40A Charger, it's more than adequate for our needs. I will from time to time do whatever I can, running whatever I can to get the batteries down to 12.0 or so, just so I can exercise them and charge back up to 100%. This is easily accomplished overnight. Cheers, John
