I don't use a CP for routes... So much easier to do route planning on a PC with mouse/pen capabilities. The iPad is also easier than a CP, but not easier than a PC at this point. Maybe it will get there but I doubt it. You need a mouse or pen for precise pointing.

I navigate to a waypoint on the CP just to have ETA and vector info onscreen (VMG). But it would be nice if it also displayed hazard alerts like my PC does.
