Cruising Sailors Forum Archive

Wednesday is PHOTO DAY!

When I first learned that sailboats could cross oceans many decades ago, I devoured books on cruising. It seemed that many cruisers were hell bent on learning about indigenous cultures all around the world. Well, over this past weekend, I attended a pow-wow here in Florida attended by many of our own native tribes. Drum music, dancing, and many vendors selling native American things. It was wonderful, and I didn't have to sail halfway around the world to find it.
