Left and right are easy..

..signals to control speed and fwd/rev are a little trickier.
Almost easier doing it single handed. Check out the anchorage and pick your spot, noting the depth. Retire upwind and lay out your ground tackle on deck, cleating off the right amount of rode and bringing the anchor back to the cockpit. Approach from almost upwind, drop your anchor at the right spot, then begin a slow circle away from the rode. As the rode pays out, your boat will take a strain then quickly come head to wind - anchored. Of course if the anchor doesn't dig in, you begin a Chinese fire drill..
