We looked into a set for us some years back. The MAJOR item I wanted was duplex, I'm sure you know, but for others, that is both people can talk and listen at the same time. I found some toys that worked like that, but none good.

I did find a phone type bluetooth headset that would pair with another to make them a walki talki type of setup. I did not pick them up at the time, but doing a quick search now I see there are some items that may work in the same manner. If you have 2 cell phones, there is an app for that.
