Seriously, I see your point and have watched many times to see how the larger boats have handled the conditions we found ourselves in. They seem to have the edge for sure. Typically, as Richard pointed out, it is larger fishing boats that cause the most issues. "Goin' fishun' or "Comin' in from fishun" seems to be a get-out-of-jail-free card that excuses them from following the rules.
