The old Cruiser/Racer term was always vague. You can't do both, well. One is a sleek race horse, the other is a pack mule.

"Daysailing with friends", as the ad says, sounds more like Gunboats target market for this one. "Coastal". This boat is all about lack of weight: "EVERY OUNCE COUNTS! At this size, weight is key to performance." Don't we know that.

Wet bar, 2 burner stove top. Lower weight saves some costs in lighter gear/rig/materials, I wonder what the price tag will be, any guesses?

Finally, a truly FAST cruising sailboat.

  - Is a soft grounding when it turns turtle and buries the mast against the bottom
  - Sure but, open ocean, think of the miles you could cover going 30 knots.
