Jill does not like the plotter at all. I like both.

One of the things we are doing that is working GREAT for us as we travel in new waters is the NOAA chart books! I just printed out a number of them on my low cost printer, two sided so as to take less paper.

On our last ICW trip I would have the page in the cockpit, ONLY in nice weather as they are not water proof the way I print them. As we worked our way on course I had no problems making a lot of notes right on the paper!! So they work very well for us.
