On the 'big picture' this guide reviewed on Panbo looks like a good tool.

It's the ICW but seems to be done with today's need of charts and info as a periphery to electronic charting. Something like this could be very handy for the coast of New Enlgand, don't you think? The old standbys are good too but this looks a little more visual and 'big picture'.
