Bruce, to add the the above

I wrote above it's OK to "cheat" if you want to. What I was trying to convey is that you're free to make choices and you don't have to feel like you're giving things up that you want. You can still be 95% or 99% plant-based and benefit. I think I should've emphasized more that once this becomes your "new normal" you lose your desire for rich processed foods and meats, they really don't seem as appealing. My tastes have changed and it happened after a short period of time, maybe weeks if I recall correctly. I don't feel like I'm missing out.

There is also an ethical aspect to which is a nice plus, and there's less environmental impact to raising plants vs animal foods.
