Whatever floats your boat, as they say. I never was a big turkey fan. My brother-in-law smoked a turkey this Thanksgiving, that was pretty interesting. I had a taste but it wasn't interesting enough to make me want to eat more.
I don't try to push a plant based diet but I'm glad that I found out about it, and I like to share info if someone expresses interest.
A thing that I think is big concern is the common (erroneous) belief that dairy is an important part of people's diet. It's high fat, and even reduced fat dairy products are highly allergic for most people... Not just lactase (milk sugar) which a lot of people have trouble with, but also milk protein (casein). It stimulates mucus production and causes bronchial and nasal congestion for a lot of people, it can also trigger antibodies that cause an autoimmune response. MS may be correlated (Google: MS and milk, or milk and autoimmune). We don't need it for protein, and we certainly don't need it for calcium. We can get all the calcium we need from other foods.
