I guess there is a department in our local grocery story that sells fresh vegetables. Who knew? Looks like it's been there for a while:). I don't know how strict I'll be but shooting for pretty strict. If I improve 50 percent that would be a huge change. I eat meat like I'm a T-Rex so it's going to be an adjustment. I know the butcher by name which probably is not good. Really one of the big changes will be not eating processed food out of habit or boredom. I fall into that category and having snacks so abundant around the kitchen will have to change. I appreciate the input here even though it's not sailing.
