Heh. I'm so beat up, the sabertooth tigers woulda had me at sixty or sooner. Makes it tough to say.

I gotcher degenerative 'ritis gnawing on my joints. If it wasn't for modern surgery I'd be a gimpy old man walking with two canes and in constant pain instead of the spry young man I remain.......oh yes.

Actually, a major shift in my diet came about when I experienced about three different kinds/types/phases, not sure what you'd call it, of eczema. I did a bit of research and added more oil/fat to my diet which has held the eczema at bay for a few years now. I'd been doing a fairly low fat diet, so to speak, for a few years, just by the nature of what I was able to eat. Olive oil is the fat I added and use it liberally in my cooking/salads/etc. Several tablespoons a day many days. As a test of that addition, I have my cholesterol checked from time to time. After using olly oil for six months, my cholesterol was down forty points.....just sayin'. And, I've not gained any weight from it.
