I used to get my oatmeal by disguising it in a breakfast shake

Oatmeal does appear to help with cholesterol, but I can't stand the taste or texture. My usual breakfast (sadly impractical now that we're living aboard) was frozen berries, yogurt, oatmeal, banana and any other fruit mixed up in a shake. You don't really notice the oatmeal.
