We had a cut out on the Tanaya 37 that went through the seat back to the deck, that would drain that water seen in the picture. The problem was you have the same amount of water or more on the high side of the boat and it flow into the high seat across the bride deck and across the low seat. There is even a name for this "Tanaya water fall" we had rubber stopper to put into the cut outs, to stop this.
