thing we do to them. Having said that it seemed that their was a significant amount of chafe and breakage. I've managed to keep my windward passages to under 12 days and things broke and equipment suffered but it seems these
folks had more then their share. Intermittent Watermaker and refrigeration is something that we all have to deal with but lines in the water and chafe seems, at least to me, I to indicate that either they were extremely tired or they wern't paying enough attention to detail. Disclaimer: I wasn't on board so this is just a first impression. I'm tending to think that they were just really tired but that's when you need to detail everything out. It was an interesting read in any event. I'm glad they were able to complete their trip. I was sitting in Las Hadas a few years ago and another boat came in totally beat to s&@t and did the same trip.
