That was the longest passage of many...

That passage was excruciatingly slow. We followed the sailing directions, staying west to get around the North Pacific High before turning east. Except the North Pacific High moved right in front of us and moved with us.

Left Honolulu with 100 gallons of diesel, got to Ucluelet with 20 left. Motored for days and days at 1400 rpm on glassy seas.

Have done dozens of 18 day passages - this was the longest (and last) big passage to date.
