Nashua sure is beautiful. It's hard to say how well optimized she is for racing though. The jib sheet tracks look pretty nice, I don't see how these tracks are controlled for in/out haul but they could be a nice feature to have. It almost looks like the sheet is run below decks in the the 3rd picture but there is a line led aft in the 4th so maybe one of these is the traveler control. I'm not sure how well the jib will perform when cracked off a bit but perhaps they count on a reaching sail for anything more than 60~70° apparent.
I like the main sheet setup but I'm not so sure about the main traveler. It would be hard to get much purchase on it when sitting on the coming as the main guy is in that 4th shot. Easy to let out but not very easy to bring back in so hard to play it. That may be why he has it sheeted so far over center. I know bringing the boom slightly over center is common but it looks like it is WAY above center. Since there is a guy on the bow taking pictures of the jib they may just be out practicing or trying out a new sail configuration. I do that if there is a concern with a new sail, the loft will sometimes ask for a picture taken from that angle.
