People that went to the public input forums came away with the impression that the decision had already been made and State guys were just going through the motions to meet the letter of the law. They are supposed to come out with their regulations sometime this fall. That will make the LectroScan and other treated waste systems no longer legal. Congratulations on having a State enforced out house.
