Sailing as an art form in Seal Bay.
Lovely. Especially with what appeared to be only two people aboard.
I was impressed with how effortlessly the schooner raised sails, and sailed off her anchor, Max.
Local knowledge? Seal Bay seemed well charted :^))).
Now with CP's, I guess what I mean is 'local experience'.
On a falling tide in Maine...
Very nice Tom ... thanks for the memories ...
Wow! You sailed a spinnaker out of Winter Harbor?
I'm very cautious about spinnaker use
Haven't been in there!
First time was the same for us, Al. This year, we had to try it out.
Al, it's bigger than it looks and the charts are accurate. Braden Toan was in there on MERIDIAN.
In some ways, the views from the wide spot are probably really neat.
total envy
PS. Forgot to say thanks
Amazing place ... at high tide, it looks like an alpine Sierra lake in there ... cheers, John
Might as well show you the helmsman gliding by.
The sunbrella and plastic fortress
There are times I envy the "indoors" folk
It was a beautiful morning, too. You could enjoy it with just a jacket.
Yep, it's priorities. The amount of time you spend on your boat, shows.
And wearing a hoodie?? I forget how early it gets cold up there. This was my front deck Friday
and right at this moment- 102, and zero wind. This is extremely unusual for here!!
102F!!! WHAT!!! What does that feel like, Charlie?
heat index 110. I'm loading lumber onto a trailer for a privacy fence I'm building for a friend
Love the turned supports for the taffrail.
Great shots Tom. Thanks for sharing.
