saying is that you're not voting in the hopes that others will not enforce their will upon you and your family because that's the right thing to do? That's pretty thin my friend. Plato - only the dead have seen the end of war. The bottom line is that bad people do exist. By voting, you are giving your authority to a government to suppress the bad and support the good. The problem come when you pick the wrong people to express your wishes. When you pick someone that you know is a thief or one who lies to you then you get what you get. Try picking someone who will actually try to look out for your best interest instead of her or his own. This election is definitely a defensive vote. JMHO The only reason this is sailing related is because I'm sitting in my pilot house right now, not sailing.
