If we assume that because the anchor holds at x force on a given day and will do the same every other day, why not assume that the efficiency is a non-ussue and get a RPM/wind-force scale made?

I think the whole issue is to give a pull enough to give some assurances that the anchor is not just grabbing a mussel.
