it was on manual typewriters for a week then the shiny new electric ones with the ibm selectric ball came in (remember those?). The classes were taught by the football coaches so there were no problems..the benefit was on fridays they would put on a record (yah on the record player) and we would type out a picture, usually of a girl in a bikini! Then the girls complained so we did a couple of puppy dogs..

if you didnt pass typing, you didnt go to 10th grade!
