..whick was obviously moving down the river under the 3 mph current. HEAVY lifting of the rode revealed two wraps of rode, no windlass, only my weenie arms but managed to bounce the line enough to "re-roll" the log 'til it came free. The log went rolling and floating, totally submerged, off down the river again.
