I've always liked the idea for cruising.
In Response To: Remember the Aerorig. ()
I was just reading an article about the superyacht Jacquelina, an Aerorig with the tallest free standing mast. There are 'optical fiver sensors that run the length of the mast and booms so you can monitor the stress on a display and make changes for performance or safety is necessary.
Damn.
