...Funny, no sooner do I mention how few smaller boats do I see down here, than I get to Rock Sound and find about 3 other boats roughly the same or smaller than mine...

Still, those Canuckleheads are the lucky ones... Today was a rainy, squally day here as we awaited the arrival of another front, so much of it was spent eavesdropping on the VHF chatter among various boats... When word began to filter among the Americans in their newer 40+ footers about yesterday's passage in the House of the healthcare bill (ironically, my little POS appears to be the only one among them capable of scoring free wifi here) the general consensus seemed to be that their Cruising Dream was now over, and they'd have to return home, sell the boat, and go back to work to pay for the health care of fellow Americans and illegal immigrants who couldn't afford it... LMAO!

You hear a lot of folks down here touting Sirius/XM Weather Radio, but I swear, the real reason they have satellite radio is to be able to get Fox News... (grin)
