Of course, there will be rumors of him being sighted here or there with some beautiful Samoan woman or on the deck of a tramp steamer standing beside the old captain that looks like he's out of a Patrick O'Brien novel. Of course, Jon wouldn't look nearly as salty if he had used a dodger and full enclosure all those years while he was dealing with the elements. I see a book deal here......:-)
