() If you really want to see how close people can anchor to each other try Treasure Cay or White Sound Green Turtle Cay, Abacos when a cold front is coming through. In Green turtle where there are usually a dozen boats I counted 50 and in treasure where there are usually 5-10 boats I counted 30. I'm amazed no one made contact and yet I never saw anyone during those frontal passages.

- Why am I amazed that cruisers still crash into reefs and lose their boats, especially in well charted NZ waters?
